anyone know if you can put a am3 cpu in this computer i have it and i changed everything in it but the cpu and motherboard.
hey man i have a NVIDIA GeForce 6150 SE is that a video card and if not how do i know if i have one help please
can this computer play WOW without lag?
on my gateway gt5670 computer and i finally fit my geforce 9800 gtx video card inside this machine and 500 watt power supply is now in my gateway gt5670 machine as well
I got this computer and upgraded the power supply to 500, but im curious if the ATI 4770 or Geforce 9800 GTX+ will fit inside, those cards are pretty big.
I could never get into gaming, I just use mine to surf the web, watch youtube videos, forums, hanging out on Justin TV. Keeping pictures and other files, Thats it for me. My old Gateway with 2.66 Ghz celeron D and one Gig of RAM was working good for me and I know this will blow that away. I’m all set.
i also have this computer and i didnt change many things i just put instead of nvidia 6150-nvidia 8600 it is the highest video card wich you can put it on the computer without changing mother board and it works pretty well im playing crysis and other games at 1440-980 resolution on medium level and it gose perfect.I just wanna to ask you guys wich processor is better tripple core or dual core?
I bought this computer when my old computer failed and I really needed something to edit my films on short notice. I didnt really know much about computers then and looking back now if I knew more and wasn’t in such a hurry for a PC I would have probably made one from scratch. I laughed when he made the onboard video sound so inense lol
It’s not a gaming PC, wasn’t marketed as one either…So when you buy a computer with a intergraded VGA I don’t know what you expect out of FEAR, and CoD4.
The fact that you bought this and ended up replacing, the case, PSU, 8800GS, and your only complaint is the 2.1 GHz…Why exactly did you buy it?
the 15 – in – 1 card reader or the 3gbs of RAM?
LOL
….Anyways, a pretty nice setup for a starter.
I got this computer a few months ago. The onboard video sucks bad. I could barely run FEAR on medium. I got a bigger PSU and put an 8800GS and now it can run COD 4 on high settings no problem. I also put it in a Thermaltake M9 case cuz that gateway case is really cramped with a good PSU and Video card. It’s my first computer with Vista and haven’t had a crash or anything go wrong. This computer is QUIET AS HELL! My only complaint at this point is the 2.1GHz.
this is not good for gaming.
to improve this just put a new power supply and video card and you got yourself a low-end gaming rig.
I have this computer and I give it five stars, for the price you cant go wrong. It runs windows vista perfectly and it’s fast.
lululu i have this computerz
i <3 it
just get a new psu and a videocard
i have a question for you..i always get confused…
I might sound like an idiot..
but which is better: Geforce 8800 GS or 8800GT or 8800GTS?
I’m guessing gts is the best one?
can you rate them (bad to good)? thx..
I actually own this computer, in the two weeks ive had it now its fantastic. Although the video card isnt all that, it runs a high speed and visually charged game like F.E.A.R. like a champ, though i plan on buying a newer card. As a personnal preference, the computer is great and doesnt need it
does triple core means its 6.3 ghz? idk lol cuz this isnt intel… i
what hello!! HD 4850 is a better choice, cheap and EXTREMELY fast…
NO!
300w PSU and 6150 SE…
Upgrade the PSU and the GFX card, you got a gaming rig right there
NO! NO NO NO NO
It has a 300w PSU and to top it off a 6150 SE ;_;
Unless, you buy a new GFX card AND a new PSU then you got yourself a gaming rig
wired keyboard ?! NONSENSE!!!
south african?
no not alright for gaming
never triple core processor a dual core form intel will to much much better
this is crap
GeForce 6150 SE Oh thats hardcore.. ¬_¬
HAHAHAHA! THE GRAPHICS SUCK!
i bought a computer 3 years ago that has better intergrated graphics than this shitbox!
only if you’ll buy a videocard. At least Geforce 8800 GS or Radeon HD 3850.
